SAMSC Ordinary General Meeting

The next Ordinary General Meeting of the Scottish Association of Motor Sports Clubs will be held on Tuesday 19 September commencing at 7.30pm.

The meeting will be held on a hybrid basis using Zoom and hosted at the Stirling Court Hotel, University of Stirling. Joining details will be published shortly.

As previously intimated, this meeting will include a session looking at developing a strategy for SAMSC/Motorsport in Scotland. Since this is going to be of a more interactive nature, we would encourage Member Club Delegates and other attendees and officials to attend in person if possible for the fuller experience. There may be parts of the meeting where it will not be possible to link participants on Zoom fully into all elements of the discussion.

A paper outlining this session is available below. To gain maximum benefit from the session, Member Club delegates may wish to discuss the paper with their Club Committee or Board in advance of the meeting.

If any Member Club wishes to submit a paper(s) for consideration at the meeting, please would you send it to me by Tuesday 5 September.

Coordinators, Committee Members, Representatives and Officers are asked to please send their reports to me by Tuesday 12 September.
