SAMSC AGM and Ordinary General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Scottish Association of Motor Sports Clubs will be held at 7.30pm on Tuesday 18th March and will be followed by an Ordinary General Meeting.

The meeting will be held on a hybrid basis using Zoom and hosted at the Stirling Court Hotel, University of Stirling. All attendees should register individually please.

The appointments listed below will expire at the AGM. All current role holders are eligible for reappointment. The Treasurer will have served 4 terms as at the AGM but is willing to continue if so elected (Association Rule 4.2.1). If any Member Club wishes to propose an appointee for one of the posts listed, the Club Secretary should please contact Keith Butler (secretary@motorsport.scot) no later than 4 March.

If any Member Club wishes to submit a paper(s) for consideration at the meeting, please send it to secretary@motorsport.scot by Tuesday 4 March. Similarly, if a Member Club wishes to raise a topic for discussion at the meeting, please let us know by 4 March.

Representatives, Motorsport UK Committee Members, Coordinators and Officers are asked to send their Reports by Tuesday 11 March.
