Leading and Developing Others – programme

This is a programme which combines several modules: Supporting Your Peers (GE02A), Leadership (GE03A), Developing Others (GE03B), and Giving and Receiving Feedback (GE03C).

These are generic modules and apply across all motorsport disciplines.

The programme will be of particular benefit to those in any discipline at Grade 3 on the Marshals’ Pathway, or anyone wanting to upgrade from Grade 2 to Grade 3.

There will be an online webinar for each module, which will last for around 90 minutes. Then there will an in-person day with a mix of workshops covering the practical application for all the modules. There will be plenty of time for discussion, reflection and networking.

Webinars will start in March, with the in-person session on Saturday 25 April in Perth. If you have a distance to travel, we are trying to negotiate a preferential rate for overnight accommodation at the venue.

Completion of the 4 webinars and attendance at the in-person day is required for the training to count towards grade maintenance or upgrade requirements.
