SUMMARY:Fire Theory and EV Awareness
DESCRIPTION:This webinar provides marshals with a clear and practical overview of fire theory\, focusing on the recognition and management of common fire hazards encountered in a motorsport environment. It also introduces key awareness points around electric vehicle safety\, including the specific risks associated with EV systems and incidents. The session is designed to improve understanding\, situational awareness\, and informed decision making\, helping marshals operate safely and effectively during incidents involving fire or electric vehicles. \nIt covers the content required in GE01A and GE01C\, both of which are Motorsport UK training module so count towards grade maintenance or upgrade requirements for Motorsport UK licence holders on the Marshals’ Pathway. \nOur webinars usually last for around 90 minutes and you’ll receive a certificate as evidence of attendance. \nRegister at https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_AIIoZYpXTBeKkB2fcWqdEw \nShare this:

SUMMARY:Building High Performing Rescue and Clinical Teams (Part 2)
DESCRIPTION:This two-part seminar examines what enables teams to perform effectively in high pressure environments. It explores the impact of culture\, trust\, leadership\, role clarity\, and psychological safety within multidisciplinary teams. This follow up session builds on this foundation\, offering space to reflect on learning\, deepen discussion\, and explore how these principles can be applied in real team settings. \nThese online training sessions are primarily aimed at those involved in a first response role at incidents. \nEach session will last for around 90 minutes and you’ll receive a certificate as evidence of attendance. \nAttendance at these webinars counts towards that annual CPD commitment\, providing structured\, evidence-based learning that supports clinical and operational development. \nAs some of the seminars will be focused on the operational and medical issues with the response to the incidents\, the sessions are restricted to Motorsport UK licenced Medical\, Rescue and Recovery personnel in order to respect confidentiality. We appreciate that there are others who have an interest but given the nature of the discussion we do need to limit the attendance. Licence numbers will be verified before your registration is confirmed. \nRegister at https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_YftvBuVGRK-VT0nZnUhCQg \nShare this:
