SUMMARY:SAMSC AGM and Ordinary General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Annual General Meeting of the Scottish Association of Motor Sports Clubs will be held at 7.30pm on Tuesday 18th March and will be followed by an Ordinary General Meeting. \nThe meeting will be held on a hybrid basis using Zoom and hosted at the Stirling Court Hotel\, University of Stirling. The link for Member Club Delegates and all other attendees to register for the meeting\, whether you plan to attend online or in person is: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/GiZMIerYTPaZ8NZ7AwAxfA \nAll attendees should register individually please. \nThe appointments listed below will expire at the AGM. All current role holders are eligible for reappointment. The Treasurer will have served 4 terms as at the AGM but is willing to continue if so elected (Association Rule 4.2.1).
