DESCRIPTION:Get an understanding of the Chain of Command system and the various levels of decision making which can be allocated within it\, particularly within race events; be aware of the extent of the organisation which operates on events; get a better understanding of the need for clear information flow; and get an awareness of the different Licensed Official roles. \nThis session will be of particular benefit to those wanting to upgrade from Grade 2 Race Marshal (Flag/Incident) to Grade 3 Race Marshal (Post Chief) on the Marshals’ Pathway.
